BRANDING DESIGN

A brand isn’t just a logo. it’s the sum of all the ways people experience your business. From the words you use to the way you make people feel, every detail matters. But at its heart, branding starts with what people see. That first impression sets the tone for everything else.

I focus on creating the visual side of your brand: the logo set, colors, fonts and designs that form the face of your business. My goal is to craft visuals that capture your personality and are uniquely you, ensuring your brand stands out with clarity and confidence.

The Process

one / GET ALIGNED

Choosing a graphic designer whose style aligns with your vision ensures the end result feels authentic to your brand and resonates with your audience. Working with someone you connect with creatively makes the process smoother, more collaborative, and ultimately more rewarding.

two / BOOK IN

When you're ready to take the next step, reach out via my contact form to share your vision and project details. I'll be in touch to finalise the scope, timeline, and next steps to begin crafting your website. This is when you'll lock in your project.

three / PREP & PROVIDE

Before designing, we'll dive further into your wants and needs for your website, as well as exploring any technical needs. This is your opportunity to gather your content including photoshoot images, copywriting, product details and brand documents.

four / GET DESIGNING

With a clear understanding of your vision and goals, I’ll begin designing the pages of your website. This stage is where your branding elements, such as colours, fonts, and logo set, come together with your content to create a cohesive and visually engaging website tailored to your needs.

five / REVIEW & REFINE

Following on from this stage, you’ll be able to review the website pages and request any revisions or adjustments you’d like to see. This process allows us to refine the content, perfect the details, and ensure you feel completely confident in your new website.

six / HANDOVER

In the final stage of web design, you’ll receive full access to your new site, and we’ll wrap up any remaining details. Once your site subscription is activated and your domain connected, we’ll be ready to launch and officially bring your website live.

  • How will we keep in touch and communicate during our project?
All communication for our design project will take place over email to ensure clarity and organization. This approach allows us to easily track project details, feedback, and updates in one place.
  • When are payments due for the project?
A deposit of 50% of the project fee is paid before beginning a project. The remaining 50% is paid upon completion.
  • How soon will you be able to start on my project?
Normally I'm able to book in projects to start with about a two week wait. This also allows us time to go through the project details and gather everything we'll need before starting. During busy periods there may be a longer delay before starting.
  • How long does a branding project take?
A branding project typically takes 5-6 weeks to complete. However, the timeline can vary depending on factors like client response times, the number of revisions, and the overall scope of the project.
  • What do I need to provide before the project starts?
Before starting a branding project, you'll be provided with a questionnaire to fill out for details such as the logo wording, information on any existing or previous branding, and specific preferences. You’ll also have the opportunity to share inspiration or a Pinterest board with any initial ideas you’d like to include. Taking the time before a project to really think about what you do and don't like/want is an important step, and something to do before getting to the concept stage (rather than after).
  • What happens if I need additional design work in the future?
After completing a branding project, I'm always available for further design work and project add-ons at any time, whether now or further down the track. Many clients choose to expand their branding with projects like packaging, social media templates, or website design, creating a cohesive and professional presence. You also have the option available to add on sub-brands as your business grows and develops.

I am so grateful to Bronte for all her amazing work in the start up of my business. I sought Bronte's services for my logo design, branding, and website design. She has been so patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

Whether you have no idea what you want or have a specific vision for your brand, Bronte helps bring it to life. She took on board all of my requests and offered even more wonderful design suggestions in every part of the process.

Bronte is a dream to work with and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She quickly captured my vision and transformed it into a brand I am so proud of. From a beautiful brand palette and logo to business card design, eBooks and web pages, every time Bronte has completed a project for me, I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders.

She's one of the few people I've come across who is professional, on time and utterly amazing at what she does.

Bronte has been nothing short of amazing to work with all the way through. She has done my company branding, logo, Social media templates, and website with almost no revisions! everything came back exactly how I had it in mind or better.

Her efficient work has meant I have been able to focus on growing the business, I cant recommend her enough and I am excited to continue working with her in the future.

Where should a website fall in the design process?

Website design is best approached as the final step in the design process, as it requires a strong foundation of branding and completed content to ensure it all comes together well. By the time you reach the website stage, the brand identity (including logo set, colour palette, typography, and image style) should already be established, providing a clear direction for the site’s design. Additionally, having key content such as written copy, downloadable resources, and supporting materials finalised ensures the website is built efficiently and avoids the need for significant revisions down the track. This sequence creates a seamless, well-integrated digital presence.

With that in mind, there are situations where this order can be adjusted to meet specific project needs. This is something we can discuss to work out the best plan of action for your business.
